one of my dear friends from high school is getting hitched in a few months and amy had her bachelorette party weekend in vegas last month….unfortunatly the same weekend, it would wind up, as i jumped a last minute plane to mexico for annie’s home birth.

but before the phone rang at 5:30am on saturday morning, i got to visit with amy and other new and old friends on friday night as they got dolled up to go out and before i headed off for a night work assignment.

this is my “chips not quite cashed” portrait….ring and stilettos. congratulations amy and mike! looking forward to your celebration in october…
