20091104 update

well hello there! it’s been much too long and now that i am about to return to shooting i thought i’d resurface with an update. i had shoulder surgery mid-september and have been sling-bound and unable to use my right arm since. it has been a ride, now 7 WEEKS without being able to use my usual cameras, much less a toothbrush! though i have been working out the iphone and my point and shoot with my left hand.

but good news is on the rise. i’m now out of the sling and getting restrictions lifted by my fabulous physical therapist day by day. i’m counting down these last few weeks and then i shall return to my t.brown blogging ways in full force. i can hardly wait! the upside of the down time has been gobbling up books and absorbing myself in checking out photographers’ work that i hadn’t had a chance to before. so much inspiration…
